Arunachal Pradesh News: अरुणाचल प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री पेमा खांडू ने चीन के दावों को खारिज करते हुए कहा कि उनका राज्य तिब्बत से 1,200 किलोमीटर की सीमा साझा करता है, न कि चीन से। उन्होंने 1950 में चीन के तिब्बत पर जबरन कब्जे को उजागर किया। खांडू ने चीन की यारलुंग त्सांगपो नदी पर बांध परियोजना को “पानी का बम” करार दिया, जो अरुणाचल के लिए खतरा है।
तिब्बत से सीमा, चीन से नहीं
पेमा खांडू ने स्पष्ट किया कि भारत का कोई भी राज्य चीन से सीधे सीमा नहीं साझा करता। उन्होंने कहा, “ऐतिहासिक रूप से अरुणाचल की सीमा तिब्बत से लगती थी।” 1914 के शिमला समझौते का हवाला देते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि यह सीमा तिब्बत के साथ थी। चीन द्वारा अरुणाचल के स्थानों का बार-बार नाम बदलना बेकार है। खांडू ने इसे बीजिंग की पुरानी आदत करार दिया।
चीन का बांध: सियांग घाटी के लिए खतरा
खांडू ने यारलुंग त्सांगपो पर चीन के मेगा डैम को “पानी का बम” बताया। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि अचानक पानी छोड़ने से सियांग घाटी तबाह हो सकती है। आदि जनजाति और स्थानीय समुदायों को भारी नुकसान होगा। चीन किसी जल संधि का हिस्सा नहीं है, इसलिए उस पर भरोसा मुश्किल है। अरुणाचल ने सियांग अपर मल्टीपर्पस प्रोजेक्ट शुरू किया है।
सियांग प्रोजेक्ट: भारत की रणनीति
चीन की गतिविधियों का जवाब देने के लिए अरुणाचल ने केंद्र सरकार के साथ मिलकर सियांग अपर मल्टीपर्पस प्रोजेक्ट की योजना बनाई। खांडू ने कहा कि यह परियोजना पानी की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करेगी। अगर चीन बांध से पानी छोड़ता है, तो भारत इसे नियंत्रित कर सकेगा। यह परियोजना स्थानीय समुदायों की रक्षा और रणनीतिक ताकत बढ़ाने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है।
दलाई लामा के उत्तराधिकारी पर विवाद
खांडू ने दलाई लामा के उत्तराधिकारी के मुद्दे पर चीन की दखलंदाजी की निंदा की। उन्होंने कहा कि यह फैसला केवल दलाई लामा और तिब्बती बौद्ध परंपराओं पर निर्भर है। केंद्रीय मंत्री किरण रिजिजू ने भी यही रुख दोहराया। खांडू ने गदेन फोदरंग ट्रस्ट की स्वायत्तता पर जोर दिया, जो हिमालयी क्षेत्र में सम्मानित है।
