An incredibly annoying thing about the #clickbait world we live in is how much of the media has abandoned the rule that the headline should contain the most important facts.
In fact, they now on purpose _don't_ put the most important facts in the headline you see in the preview, because they want you to click through so they get ad impressions.
Example: a USA Today headline I just saw: "Airline cancels all flights, shuts down leaving travelers stranded".
Which airline, motherfuckers?

I don't know this Dean Blundell character, but every single one of his op-eds / columns / blog posts / whatever you want to call them that I've read has been so overblown and out of proportion that it's damned near disinformation. When you really dig into it, there's almost never any significant amount of "there" there.
It seems designed to be clickbait.
