Finally created a Codeberg account. Using it to host random personal projects and perhaps also contribute to some FOSS/OSS projects there.

fj.el release 0.16
- bind r to add reaction to item at point
- ensure sane default for sorting of issues/repos where possible
- overhaul rendering of item body HTML (for performance reasons)
- defcustom fj-timeline-default-items (for performance reasons)
- respect verbatim/code formatting in item titles and and timeline messages
- bind > to load more items in item timeline view
- include compose buffers in switch to fj buffer / kill all fj buffers
- fix a bunch of (contextually) broken commands
- i also worked on an api layer, but got sidetracked with jag.el, which attempts to do api client library code generation based on Swagger/OpenAPI (WIP)
Holler if you run into any issues upon updating.
if you appreciate my work on fj.el, consider donating:

& thanks a lot to the recent donors!
@adamhsparks Ha. Thanks. I am in the process of moving this project to #codeberg (https://codeberg.org/djvanderlaan/kitty.r) and are still figuring out how to best implement this. Although I have been using this for a while now. Also, been experimenting a bit with #sixel which is supported by some other terminals.
I run a poorly made website on Codeberg. You can check it out at the link below. Please turn your phone sideways (landscape mode) for a better view, or visit it on a desktop browser for the best experience.

Scheduled Command Wrapper 0.6.1 is released - https://ivarch.com/p/scw
This version allows output files to be prefixed with ">" to enable output checks, such that log rotation can be detected and SCW will start writing to the new empty log immediately.
SCW provides concurrency locking, prerequisites, dependency checks, conflict avoidance, randomised startup delays, flexible logging with timestamps and exit status, and monitoring metrics, to existing cron jobs.
The project uses the #Codeberg platform - https://codeberg.org - for free software development. #FOSS
I think it's really good if open source projects set up their own Gitlab server, to have full control over their project.
But it's super annoying to register for each,if you want to report a bug. Especially if there is no registration with Github or Gitlab sign-on.
Just published a new version of ferriby with #Codeberg support 🗻

I recently finished a web and mobile pentest for one of our clients at @SkypLabs, and I'm now back to working on the new @forgejo package for OpenTofu/Terraform state files: https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/issues/3606.
I made a diagram to show how I intend to implement the locking mechanism. Feedback is welcome.
It's been on my mind for a while... I want to (eventually) move away from #GitHub to something like #sourcehut (https://sr.ht/), #Codeberg (https://codeberg.org/) or my own self-hosted #Forgejo. It is gonna be painful (with my limited knowledge) but I am determined and believe it will be worth it.
Good article here about the GitHub situation:

How to batch migrate Repos from Bitbucket to Codeberg
When I was browsing through my code archive, I noticed that I was missing some projects and wondered where I had left them after my recent re-install. Just then I noticed that I still had some private repos at Bitbucket. As I just needed a place to back up the code, I decided that I could move it to Codeberg.
Codeberg describes itself as “[…] a non-profit, community-led effort that provides Git hosting and other services for free and open source projects.”. Codeberg e.V. itself is a registered non-profit association based in Berlin, Germany.

Surprised to see the #Codeberg docs style guide uses a dot separator for time, e.g. 18.30 instead of 18:30 https://docs.codeberg.org/improving-documentation/style-guide/#dates-and-times
I'm no front-end web-dev wizard.
But!
I've managed to, over the course of a weekend, take a friend's business website off squarespace and move it to #11ty #codeberg & #statichost.eu.
They will now save ~£170/year, _and_ the new version is *better*, despite visually looking basically the same.
Do you know a web app to show combined contributions in different code forges or code hostings?
Like I could check sum of contributions in various Forgejo instances(like Codeberg), Github and Gitlab.
If you don't know a webapp, boosts are appreciated.

okies, decided, today's the day... gonna start moving my repositories to codeberg... notabug.org's too consistently inconsistently available. n_n a little sad. mmmmmmuch fondness for notabug.org. ... i wonder, if i leave the repository off the end of the url in codeberg's migration tool... does it allow migrating everything in one go? :3
or should i skip codeberg, and go full forgejo? :)
