There are several #Victorian #Ghost story-inspired encounters in the Haunted Ten Bells chapter of Return of the Ripper.
One of them is with Baleful Bed-linen — basically the cliché of a ghost made out of a bedsheet.
I wanted to fill the white space on that page with a small piece of spot art. It made me think of the Sheet Phantom illustration from the AD&D 1st edition Fiend Folio. As I don't have permission to use that drawing, I drew my own. 1/2

I HAVE FINISHED THE TEXT OF RETURN OF THE RIPPER!
I started #writing on 28 August 2023, so it's teken me over two years. It's over 140 pages, about 100,000 words.
The last part was #AppendixN on Inspirational Sources, which runs to 8 pages. Illustrator Oscar Zárate was kind enough to grant me permission to reprint his drawing for an article on Nicholas Hawksmoor that's in the bibliography.

Some Kickstarted stuff arrived: a slipcase set of the first five Fighting Fantasy game books and the Overworld Omnibus by Bloat Games, a book of Nintendo video game-inspired (Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Castlevania, Super Mario, Megaman) monsters for Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG.
Kicking off Caverns of Thracia in about three weeks for my Dungeon Crawl Classics group. The recent Backerkit campaign delivered a funnel module set away from the infamous ruins, so I needed a map to help lead the players to the vicinity.
I'm not much of an artist but I think white pen on black paper turned out pretty well! (My simplified version of Goodman Games' Island of Thracia map)
