The nice thing about a mostly skill-free rules system is when I start my halfling chatter, we don't have to figure out if it's diplomacy or performance or what. I take a deep breath, pitch my voice up, and begin a high pitched rapid stream of consciousness word avalanche and the GM only has to say "roll a Personality check"

Good for distractions, bamboozling people, and annoying people until they shout "Silence!"
