Lo bonito de heredar las herramientas de mi padre es que hoy hemos ido a comprar un tablón de pino y ahora tengo las piezas para montar mañana 4 expositores de madera para el stand, con las patas plegables, que me caben en la maleta de las ferias y que me han costado un total de 12€ (madera + bisagras) y un rato de calar (gracias Mcclau).
Mañana lijo los cantos, tiño (tengo una botella de tinta china para darles acabado negro mate) y les pongo las bisagras mientras veo un par de pelis.

Choosing computer case for AltraD8UD-1L2T based system can be a challenge.
Extra 25mm for motherboard eliminated several popular cases already.
At least PSU was easy. Chieftec Atmos 750W has 2 EPS12V outputs. Motherboard wants 3 but with A64-Q22 just 2 are also enough.

With mowing season now here in full force, I did a deck rebuilt on the zero turn. New spindles, idler pulleys, belt, blades, and a fresh oil change gets me ready for the season. Over 300 hours on all those moving parts, so it was time! #DYI #mowing
Manchmal geht auch was schief. Hier z. B. hatte ich einen Denkfehler und deshalb funktioniert das Muster nicht. Der Versuch, es rückgängig zu machen, hat es noch verschlimmert. Aber ich habe noch viel freie Fläche und viele bunte Fadenreste. Mal sehen, was sich daraus ergibt.

So, I've long been meaning to learn how to sew. It seems fun, and my mom owns an old but extremely reliable sewing machine...
But there's never like, time and spoons for it, y'know?
So I have this tshirt that I've owned for years and that's finally nearing the end of its life. It actually has a bunch of small holes in it after the last wash.
So I was going to turn those holes into longer rips with a razor blade, to give the thing a second life as a more revealing and also punkish top.
But then I was like, hmmm. Hmmmmmmmm.
So I started playing around with it. Cutting and sewing things on and together, and ripping and adjusting and measuring and looking things up on Pinterest...
More than four hours of that passed.
And I'm happy to report that the end result is... pretty much useless xD
What did you expect, this is the first time I've ever attempted sewing a thing, ever.
But had such fun! I was in the zone, it was amazing.
And more importantly, I learnt so much, I think. What works and what doesn't, what makes body parts look good or bad, how to emphasise things (or de-), how fabric behaves and so much more.
Definitely going to return to this soon. It's so much fun!!!

When renovating the kitchen I installed click vinyl flooring and due to the polygonal floor plan I estimated far too many tiles so I was left with more than a whole package that I couldn't get a refund for anymore.
So I looked for a way to use the remaining tiles for the living room and ended up with the idea of mixing three decors in a "random" pattern.
It turned out quite presentable and now I wonder why I haven't seen people do this before...
