Übrigens hatten meine US-Kolleg*innen am #CSLI in #Stanford immer ein Logo auf der Web-Seite: #NoTanks (pun mit no thanks). Sie haben keine Militärgelder angenommen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, weil in den US die größten Teile der Forschungsförderung über die #DARPA laufen. Das sind also Militärgelder.

Auch der junge #NoamChomsky bekam seine Brötchen von der US Army bezahlt.
