🚨 FYI disabled cyclers of Dublin:
Cycling traffic is not permitted today in Dame St/College Green (walking only).
If you can't walk your bike, you'll need to divert or else park elsewhere and make your way pedestrian-like.
(per a senior Garda I spoke with)

"Mary Caulfield has a question for city planners and commuters: 'Can you see us?'
The 54-year-old uses a rollator, a walker fitted with wheels, to move around Dublin. When she’s out and about, she puts the walker [and her assistance dog, Scamp] into her tricycle for her daily commute."
