Interested to hear how your labs deal with the increasingly difficult animoglycoside and cephalosporin breakpoints in EUCAST these days.
I have found myself using a combo of methods, as limited antibiotics often available in resource-limited settings.

Anyone else finding they need a combo of guidelines in different settings, or are you finding a way to make EUCAST work for all your bugs?
