With Home Depot being notable about cooperating with ICE and working with Flock Safety, I've seen recommendations to go to Lowes instead.
Lowes, also, participates in the Flock surveillance apparatus. I've seen this firsthand.
Flock is HEAVILY deployed in my area. However, the only retailer I've, personally, seen allowing Flock cameras to be aimed at their business (so far anyway), away from streets, is Lowes. I haven't even seen them at Home Depot.
Eventually, retailers may not have a choice, if Big Brother gets powerful enough. And Lowes is enabling this.
