I have an epiphany. No, not the web browser.

#GHSstrings half round on the bottom of my 6-string #guitar. Make it G# standard. The rest are flatwounds. .22g wound topmost

Double up courses a la #12string but, only the top 3. Plain (neon white) #DRstrings +1 octave.

Tailpiece & bridge rattle. I adjusted what I could. Slightly better.
Replace w/ #Bigsby vibrato & #Schaller bridge. File custom ridges & lube for strings.
Replace nut. Black natural material.

I put new strings on this uke cause they felt "squishy" and didn't hold tuning.
GHS Black Hawaiian are the best strings I've used and they look snazzy. It'll take a couple months of regular playing to stretch them out completely.
