I enjoyed this talk, which included a lot of tips for community building in open source projects. I like the "contributions over complaints" sentiment. It reminds me of Debian's "do-ocracy" principle: "Expressing opinions on how others should conduct their affairs when you're not willing to get your hands dirty in some way is unhelpful, unkind and unfair."
Great talk from Matthew on How #Event Driven Architectures go wrong and how to fix them!
God events, sparse events, leaky events, conformist events patterns, anti-corruption layers, open-host services and how Domain-Driven Design, event storming are the superheroes.
Bad software exists because of bad communication!
