Blue Borage with Morning Dew- a blue borage flower from behind / beneath of the starflower. It is a early fall morning and the flower and its tiny hair are covered in morning dew. The blue borage flower is a flowering herb. Its flower is edible and medicinal as well as makes a beautiful decoration. It has a sweet cucumber taste. That might explain that beneficial insect love this small starflower as well. Its medicinal use are as a sedative and a diuretic, and as a treatment for seizures and kidney disease.Its dried leaves make a wonderful tea. It was said to inspire bravery.
