Hier j'ai réalisé mon premier #sirop de #cbd. Le but est d'en mettre dans ma #gingerbeer entre le première et la deuxième #fermentation ! Je ne sais pas se que ça va donner cette #experience mais j'ai un bon #feeling.

Hello, en ce moment je tente de faire une #gingerbeer. j'en ai pas mal réalisées par le passé uniquement en faisant fermenter le #gingembreFrais directement dans l'eau. mais là j'ai voulue faire une autre recette !
La nouvelle recette me paraît plus authentique, et le principal changement c'est que le gingembre est laissé infuser dans de l'eau chaude sucrée durant 30min avant la mise en bocal hermétique.
Ensuite, pour booster un peu la #fermentation j'ai utilisé un peu de mon #kvass de la semaine dernière. Plus qu'attendre 2 à 4 jours !!!

Juiced ginger today, got 9.5 cups (2.25 liters)! Made a gallon of ginger beer concentrate, then ran out of citrus, so I still have almost a liter of raw ginger juice. :catjam:

This one almost made me do a spit-take when I first tried it! I had just gotten done walking around the Everglades, so I was hot and tired. Then, when I took a sip, it turned out to be the spiciest ginger beer I've tried so far. Not recommended after strenuous activity, but it's pretty good just about any other time. It could stand to be a little sweeter, though... 👍
