A scare y'day: opened #Chrome on main screen, everything froze, then secondary screen flickered and went black. Several reboots couldn't restore it. #nVidia Control Panel also refused to load despite uninstalling and reinstalling. Thought my nVidia #GTX1050Ti had blown, or the monitor had failed - but swapping cables proved it still worked. Then opened GeForce Experience, saw the driver installed the day before was listed as awaiting installation. Reinstalled, and everything worked again! #Phew

Any Linux folk on here that can suggest why my 1050Ti will only use the DIsplay port on Linux Mint, when windows happily uses all three (HDMI, Display Port & DVI) Simultaneously?

Trying to use Linux but I can’t with just one monitor.
