I guess there's integrated graphics in the #amd 9800X3D. I'd always turned integrated graphics off out of habit (I'm obviously an #nvidia guy), but forgot after updating my BIOS and took me a few minutes to realize where that new PCIe device was coming from!

With the existence of omgvflash letting you flash anything you want to nVidia GPU's, is there yet a tool to allow me to increase the power limits on my GPU's VBios?

Nett, über nvidia-smi lässt sich ein Power-Limit setzen. Sehr praktisch, wenn man temporär die maximal Leistungsaufnahme des Systems senken möchte, z.B. weil man es grade in einem Inselnetz oder mit einer knappen USV betreibt.

Settings und Regelbereich lesen:
nvidia-smi -q -d POWER

Limit setzen:
nvidia-smi --power-limit=123
(ggf. mit sudo)
