Himachal News: हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार ने होमगार्ड भर्ती के लिए 700 पदों को मंजूरी दी है। मंत्रिमंडल की हालिया बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया। 2015 के बाद पहली बार भर्ती हो रही है। लंबे समय से रुकी भर्ती के कारण कर्मियों की कमी थी। इससे विभाग मांगों को पूरा नहीं कर पा रहा था। यह कदम रोजगार के नए अवसर देगा। सरकार ने इसके लिए 24 करोड़ रुपये का बजट रखा है।
होमगार्ड की भूमिका
होमगार्ड विभिन्न कार्यों में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। होमगार्ड भर्ती से पुलिस और प्रशासन को सहायता मिलेगी। वे कानून-व्यवस्था, यातायात नियंत्रण और भीड़ प्रबंधन में मदद करते हैं। प्राकृतिक आपदाओं और वनाग्नि जैसी घटनाओं में उनकी भूमिका अहम है। वे जीवन बचाने और व्यवस्था बहाल करने में योगदान देते हैं। विभाग की क्षमता बढ़ाने के लिए यह भर्ती जरूरी थी। इससे नागरिक सुरक्षा मजबूत होगी।
भर्ती की आवश्यकता
लंबे समय से होमगार्ड भर्ती रुकी होने से विभाग में कर्मियों की कमी थी। विभिन्न विभागों और निगमों की मांग पूरी नहीं हो पा रही थी। नए स्वयंसेवकों की भर्ती से यह कमी दूर होगी। सरकार का यह कदम युवाओं को रोजगार देगा। साथ ही, आपदा प्रबंधन और सामुदायिक सुरक्षा में विभाग की क्षमता बढ़ेगी। होमगार्ड की कुल संख्या 8000 है, और यह भर्ती उनकी ताकत को और बढ़ाएगी।
बजट और प्रभाव
प्रदेश सरकार ने होमगार्ड भर्ती के लिए 24 करोड़ रुपये आवंटित किए हैं। इससे नए स्वयंसेवकों के वेतन और अन्य खर्च पूरे होंगे। यह कदम विभाग की कार्यक्षमता को बढ़ाएगा। साथ ही, नागरिक सुरक्षा और सामुदायिक सेवाओं की मांग को पूरा करने में मदद मिलेगी। युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर मिलेंगे। इससे राज्य में सुरक्षा और व्यवस्था को बनाए रखने में सहायता मिलेगी।
