🌸 Let's get real about something we don't discuss enough: the emotional landscape of our menstrual cycle. Did you know that women typically experience optimal well-being for only about 10 days per month? Talk about a challenging reality!

💁‍♀️ We're not "moody" or "difficult" - we're intricate human beings navigating a sophisticated biological process.

The image is a visual representation of the menstrual cycle, detailing the feelings associated with each phase. It is divided into four phases: Menstrual Phase, Follicular Phase, Ovulation Phase, and Luteal Phase. Each phase is illustrated with relevant images and descriptions of common feelings experienced during that time.

- **Menstrual Phase (Days 1-5)**:
  - Feeling calm
  - Cramps
  - Need some TLC

- **Follicular Phase (Days 6-10)**:
  - Feeling great!
  - Full of energy
  - Party time!

- **Ovulation Phase (Days 11-18)**:
  - Feeling hungry
  - Achy boobs
  - Getting needy

- **Luteal Phase (Days 19-28)**:
  - Feeling irritable
  - Cramps
  - Mood swings

The center of the image features the logo "HH" with the text "The House of Hormones." The circular design helps to visualize the cyclical nature of the menstrual cycle and the varying emotions and physical sensations that can occur during each phase.
