Hotline TNT – Where U Been?

Hotline TNT wurde von Sänger, Gitarrist und Hauptkomponist Will Anderson als Soloprojekt gestartet. Das Debütalbum Nineteen in Love aus dem Jahr 2021 hat er während des Lockdowns komplett selbst aufgenommen, aber nach der Veröffentlichung stellte Anderson verschiedene Live-Band-Besetzungen zusammen, um das Album zu promoten.

Vor ein paar Tage ist das dritte Album Raspberry Moon erschienen, welches von einer jetzt festen Band aufgenommen wurde. Hier ist die frische Single Where U Been?.

More guitar-based fuzzy power pop from Hotline TNT. Yes, distorted shoegaze-y guitars, but way more pop mixed in there this time.

(I would suggest that the vinyl mastering is more compressed than I'd like; probably should have split onto two LPs and given things more space to breathe...but maybe that's just how they like it.)
