Internet services were suspended in Kishtwar district of Jammu & Kashmir from 2.00 am on 23.04.25 till 11.59 pm on 23.04.25. Interestingly, the order of shutdown was posted on April 25th, 2025, i.e. 2 days after the imposition of suspension.
Last week, Kishtwar faced targeted internet suspension in some areas, and orders for these shutdowns were uploaded much later than the impositions.

Since around 2020, Plex users in China have faced intermittent disruptions from the GFW, rather than a complete block like services such as Google or Facebook. However, these disruptions have made direct access to plex.tv from China nearly impossible.

Just had a look at the daily total requests to www.bbc.co.uk & www.bbc.com from Bangladesh.
When the shutdown was enacted, we saw a reduction from ~1.4M requests/day to ~5-7K requests/day. Roughly a 99.5% drop-off.
Looks like the only remaining traffic is from the alt-net style (smaller) ISPs (and I'd assume government, military etc.).

The internet has been suspended in Nuh district of Haryana from 6 p.m. on July 21st until 6 p.m. on July 22nd. According to media reports, the state government issued an order on Sunday to suspend bulk SMS and internet services ahead of the Brajmandal Jalabhishek Shobha Yatra.
Govt. officials said that personal SMS, mobile recharges, banking SMS, voice calls, corporate and domestic broadband, and leased line internet have been exempted from the suspension.
