The Cow with a Subtile Nose is an oil and enamel painting on canvas by French painter Jean Dubuffet, created in 1954. It is held in the Museum of Modern Art in New York City.

Starting in July 1954 Dubuffet often went to Durtol, a small village near Clermont-Ferrand, where his wife lived for health reasons. He set up a workshop there and worked on rural scenes, as he had in 1943–1944. He said: "I took great pleasure in looking at the cows for a long time as I had done in the past and then drawing them from memory, or sometimes even, but much more exceptionally, from life."

Another typically wonderful LP of Ella Fitzgerald in her prime, Fitzgerald is joined by pianist Lou Levy, guitarist Herb Ellis, bassist Joe Mondragon, and drummer Stan Levey. Fitzgerald is in fine form on such numbers as "A Night in Tunisia," an emotional "You're My Thrill," "Jersey Bounce," and "Clap Hands! Here Comes Charlie." Although not reaching the heights of her live performances, this is an excellent (and somewhat underrated) set.

A book entitled 'Too Much Happiness' by Alice Munro. Against a white background the author's name is in red. The title is in purple. Between them, at the center is a small illustration of a woman, wearing winter clothing. Under the author's name is the sentence 'Winner of the 2009 Man Booker International Prize'.

A book entitled 'Desert Hours with Chief Patencio', published by the Palm Springs Desert Museum in 1971. It contains an interview with the tribal leader of southern California's Cahuilla tribe. Cover illustration is a black silhouette of a stylized bird of prey, inside a thin black circle.

An art book entitled 'JeanDubuffet: Towards an Alternative Reality'. It was written by Mildred Glimcher. The cover image is a detail of one of Dubuffet's colorful later paintings, in shades of red, blue, white, and black. The artist's signature is prominently featured in black and white, in a similar cut-out style as the artwork behind it.

Landscape orientation color print. The statue is white with a lot of semi-thick black lines. It's like a 4 mushrooms crowded together. The background is multi-windowed tall buildings left side and a sunlit corridor right. The foreground has concrete steps going down to the subway maybe; not sure.
