When I was younger, a century seemed like a big thing.

Events of the past (like WW2) seemed far away.

As I grow older, the perspective changes; entire eras suddenly seem almost ephemeral, and, when looking back, it seems astonishing how much history can fit in a single lifetime.

I don't have the energy to devote any thoughts to Trump…

But just a quick one: I think his "war on autism" is just another piece of trying to build a new slave class… poor and unhoused people can be incarcerated, women who get abortions can be incarcerated, higher-support-needs autistics can be institutionalized… And for us ASD1 folks, he sure as heck wants to "eradicate" our kind because WE are some of the ones who are contrarian as hell and won't BEND DOWN to his fucking tyranny. Autistics are some of the movers and shakers and drivers of innovation and rebels against "the system." We are creative. We are strongly moved by injustice. He doesn't want that. He wants mindless robots.

The family reunion [for my adoptive family] is this weekend. The last time I attended a reunion was probably in 2007. I got married in 2008. I never had a spouse or boyfriend or friend to attend with me. Cousins within my age bracket rarely ever attended & if they did, they either hid away reading a book or were very much better than I at small talk, connecting with distant relatives they probably won't see again till next year. My grandmother was alive & I attended most of the reunions with her. I wanted to. Reunions were typically held at a state park where I could go on brief walks, hikes, play with a camera without making others [or me] feel weird. Late last year, I learned I have biological half-siblings... I'm not going to the a-family reunion this year, though it's been years... it somehow seems so wrong that I would be attending yet another family reunion without my siblings.

- Frauengruppen funktionieren sehr gut (oder hab ich alle Berichte über Mord und Totschlag in Frauenklöster verpasst)
- Und wenn wir den Mars besiedeln wollen: wir schicken einfach ne Kiste mit TK-Sperma mit. Weil: obviously.

My best friend once judged me for wearing black nail polish all the time. He asked if I was somewhere on the satanic side because he thinks when people listen to hard rock/metal, they are goths and/or praise the devil. I laughed because he is so wrong.

And well, I love black nail polish, it's pretty. That's all.

Though, if he knew I listen to Lord Of The Lost and enjoy that a bit too much, he would probably tell me he is right but in fact, he knows nothing.

Is government a solution or a cage to humanity? A question that has been on my mind for a long time now.

How did we get to the point where we tag people and un-tag other animals? We have more animal rights across the countries than there are for human right. If this is not exact, why the neglect and further dive into a loss of soul?
