Continuing a long-standing tradition, Fellows from the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea/Tribunal international du droit de la mer-The Nippon Foundation Capacity-Building and Training Programme on Dispute Settlement under #unclos came to Heidelberg to participate in a workshop on #LegislativeDrafting, #legalresearch and #legalwriting held by #TheFoundation from 12 to 14 December.

#TheFoundation held a workshop in Hargeisa, #somaliland.
Somaliland's #legislativedrafting procedures were the focus of this latest workshop, which brought together members of parliament, senior legal advisors and experts in the Somaliland Parliament, executive agencies and representatives of the Solicitor General's Office, the Attorney General's Office, and Law Reform Commission.
Held within the framework of the Foundation’s 🇪🇺 -funded project in Somaliland.

As part of the @AuswaertigesAmt funded project ‘At the Crossroad Between Progressive Reforms and Democratic Backsliding: Supporting the Stabilisation of the Maldives’, @mpfpr posted a Research Fellow to the Law Reform and Legislative Affairs Division of the Attorney General’s Office in the #maldives 🇲🇻, providing on-site support in research, #legislativedrafting and capacity-building.
