Apple uruchamia program serwisowy dla Maca mini z M2. Powodem problemy z zasilaniem

Firma Apple uruchomiła nowy program serwisowy dla komputerów Mac mini z czipem M2, które mogą borykać się z problemem braku zasilania. Użytkownicy, których dotyczy usterka, są uprawnieni do bezpłatnej naprawy swojego urządzenia.

Zgodnie z informacjami podanymi przez firmę, problem dotyczy „bardzo małego odsetka” egzemplarzy Maca mini z 2023 roku. Wada może występować w urządzeniach, które zostały wyprodukowane między 16 czerwca a 23 listopada 2024 roku. Apple podkreśla, że żadne inne modele Maca mini nie są objęte tym programem.

Aby sprawdzić, czy dane urządzenie kwalifikuje się do bezpłatnej naprawy, użytkownik musi wprowadzić jego numer seryjny na specjalnej stronie internetowej Apple.

Jeśli urządzenie jest objęte programem, właściciel ma dwie możliwości jego serwisowania:

• Znalezienie Autoryzowanego Serwisu Apple.
• Umówienie wizyty w sklepie Apple Retail Store.

Firma zastrzega, że jeśli Mac mini posiada jakiekolwiek inne uszkodzenie, które uniemożliwia przeprowadzenie naprawy, problem ten będzie musiał zostać rozwiązany w pierwszej kolejności.
