What's the point of having a filter here if I have to see every time it's applied. So I have lots of grayed out entries in my timeline labeled Rape
I don't want to see any reference to what I am filtering!

#FediAlgo will now slowly penalize and remove toots from your feed after you've already seen them (at a configurable rate).

I would like to see more from certain people I follow but who aren't on my home server.
'Home' gives too much noise
'Live feeds' only gives stuff from my instance.
'Lists' looks like it could work but I can't seem to add people to a list, it just sits there with them greyed out.
Ideas please?

Interesting thing I noticed: I was looking at Mastodon's "Automated post deletion" and I realized that the option "Keep posts with media attachments" means that any memes I post as a reply to another post are not deleted either. Not sure if I like that. It means my profile's "Media" tab is full of nonsensical things.
So I'm trying to decide whether I rely on the "Keep posts you bookmarked" or the "Keep posts you favorited" to keep own my posts with pictures. Any thoughts?

I need help. I’ve been away from Mastodon a few days, and when I came back, my home feed is longer showing posts from followed hashtags. Only posts from my followed users appear now.
I can’t find anything in the settings to fix this. Whatever it is, I need an answer, as my feed feels desolate without new posts to discover.
Then again, who knows if anyone will hear this plea if non-followed users can’t see this post.

Dites, je ne retrouve pas le site web qui permet de voir ce que dit l'IA d'analyse de photos de Google, quand on en upload une. Il me semble que ça avait été partagé par un compte de logiciel(s) libre.
Vous pouvez me retrouver ça rapidement ?
(Le repouet et la solution convainquent ma mère de ne pas mettre certaines photos "sur internet", même en hommage)
