I think Mastodon is great … but
I’m trying to get them to review a decision to take down one of my posts and have been told the address to write to is support@mastodonapp.uk - all I did was raise - in very moderate terms - a concern I have regarding the safeguarding of young people wanting to transition.

My emails to Mastodon go unanswered hence this post. Has anyone else experienced this problem? They won’t even acknowledge my email on the subject.

It's times like the last 2 - 3 days with the large amount of spam that we've gotten that #AllThingsTech is certainly in need of someone who is active and a moderator.

Someone who can help handle all of the reports from those spam attacks.

Also worth mentioning, it would be nice to have a moderator who is going to actively speak about the instance and help it grow in various ways.
