We analyzed more than one million person authority records from the Royal Library of Belgium and our partners —our first big deliverable! We standardized dates & places, enriching data with GeoNames. This helps with public domain checks & multilingual linking.

Today #KBR hosted the #PublicDomainDay event together with #meemoo and @wikimediafoundation Belgium. Many interesting talks! Good quality data is key to detect when something becomes public domain. With #MetaBelgica we aim to provide such high quality data.
