Like many, many others I didn't manage to get tickets to Black Sabbath this summer. Two days of trying presales and the main sale on Friday amounted to nothing. We really need to find an alternative to the monopoly that Ticketmaster has on music fans. IMO one of the biggest shambles I've experienced in buying tickets in recent years.
