Old #MiddleEarthSBG Uruk-Hai. Purchased second-hand with lots of broken pikes. I cut off the old pikes, drilled out the hands, and replaced with 1.5mm brass rod with the end hammered flat and roughly shaped. Then the plastic figs had a hard time standing up, so I cut away everything under the base and glued a washer in.
