I ran No Thank You Evil with Murphy the other day. It still might be a bit much for her to pay attention for the premade adventures. There is a lot of supposition.

However, she loved rolling dice to beat the monsters and escaping traps. She was in a super silly mood so with the aid of mom she tooted on the Sawtooth Witches to defeat them saving Niffle.

100% going to write some new dungeon crawl like adventures for her!

Ages ago I subscribed to a website by Monte Cook called Dungeon A Day. I managed to archive the level PDFs and Maps before it went down, but I don’t seem to have the handouts. Anyone happen to have them?

I’d even buy a pdf bundle again, but I don’t think they are for sale anymore. It was also called Dragon’s Delve.

Was I the only one who ran it?

I really liked it, but we never finished it.

I wish that @montecook ‘s Dungeon A Day site was still around. I don’t even think the PDFs are still for sale. But it was a great example of how an adventure could be presented in a non-traditional manner. Each room had its own web page, with links to lore articles and adjoining rooms. It was a cool experiment in alternative ways to present a dungeon, and I haven’t seen anything like it since.

Currently searching for great #GM tips for #TTRPG. I'm digesting #montecook's #YourBestGameEver, #SlyFlourish's Return of the Lazy DM, and Chris McDowall's Electric Bastionland, mining for good, system agnostic ideas. Smart prep is a lot of the difference, but also some interesting under the hood tricks to make the game more interesting for players (and fun for me!)
