I saw a few young guys doing The #Murph Challenge today at the park. There was maybe a time years ago I would have attempted it, but that is much to hardcore for this old man. Good on ‘em.

Finished #crossfit #Murph this AM. #Asthma decided to show up and I didn't have my puffer, so today wasn't my day for a PR.

Since it's a mostly strength endurance test, I went with the unpartitioned version (no vest though).
