I use News Explorer on macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS. You can enter #RSS feeds into it one at a time or import/export them en masse in OPML format. You can group them, filter them, etc. You can keep a local list/downloads, or have it sync across all your gizmos through iCloud, or do both. You can customize your reading experience. So far, I haven’t noticed a whiff of AI BS in the latest version. I’m pretty happy with it.

Сложно поверить, но #lire выжал с моего телефона #Reeder5. Это не получилось ни у #NetNewsWire, ни у #Twine, ни у #NewsExplorer, да вообще ни у одной #RSS читалки. Пользовался им с третьей версии, но так уж получилось…

Since you asked, I’ve been pretty happy using News Explorer. It doesn’t require cloud storage/syncing, though it can do that. It can import/export #feeds and accept a #feed URL. It can read #RSS, #RDF, #ATOM, #JSON —and #Mastodon. The reading experience and its behavior can be customized in several different ways.

Simultaneously, they’ve dropped all support for a certain social media site, citing “unrealistic high subscription prices for using the Tw***** API”.
