So, these "experts": do they understand that #POTUS doesn't have the power to legislate? I mean, sure, #Trump is signing EOs like they're going out of style, but that doesn't actually mean that POTUS can unilaterally — especially not durably — mandate anything? I mean, since Trump took office, part of #Miller's his subversion of the #EO process has been his not-infrequent, "here's an EO to kill my predecessor's EO that I don't like".
At any rate, only #Congress can pass durable mandates (and, even then, only if #SCOTUS is ok not declaring such policy-mandates as unconstitutional …which, at least for POTUS, several of them seem to be beyond "deferential" in their "Congress can't constrain POTUS" posture).
I'm not a #Democrat. I'm also not a #Biden fan (or, really, any of the candidates they've run in my voting-lifetime), but, sure, let's blame the Democrat for Trump's abuses.
