一昨日、ローストして余ったビーツを使ってポタージュにしました。私、ビーツのあのなんとも言えない甘い「土っぽい香り」が好きなのです。でもビーツ食べすぎると、翌日トイレで驚くことがある。この現象beeturiaって言うらしい（特に問題は無い）。14％くらいの人がそうなるらしいです。私もその1人。出血したと焦ってGPに飛び込んだことがあることを、ここに告白します。😅

The abundance of this tiny plot is rather satisfying with the lettuce and brassicas grateful for the fence's shade. We get 2-3 rotating crops a year. Just sprinkled some egg shells and planted the last of the winter/spring seedlings. Summer is on the horizon.
