I've not worked a day in office since the pandemic, everything worked fine in remote setting, I've not met a single software developer who actually wants to go back to office... So what's up with the "on-site" software development job listings?
Also yet another day sending dev job applications. *sit down* *drink coffee* *open linkedin* Aaaaand there's the first "100% remote job (onsite)". I'm going to need lots of coffee #recruitinghell

But then I accidentally clicked on the Visual Studio Code window, and started implementing "one little feature" in my #Python app. And suddenly my kanban is filled with new cards. I didn't even know I had a kanban. ...And that's where I've been these last few days.

Oh fuck my life.... I'm so desperate for work, I just did a "job interview" with a chatbot.... was basically just generic screening questions, you would normally just fill in on a form or in an email, but instead it was a chatbot with a fake profile picture.

Some of these recruitment websites are *sooooo* sketchy. I mean, the companies seem legit and the postings seem legit, but then the site they use for sending CVs are janky and suspicious as f. I wouldn't believe some of these are real if they weren't linked from the official websites. Jeez.
