I'm thinking of picking up #ElderScrolls Adventures: #RedGuard
As far I know, it seems to have bad performance (which allegedly can be fixed up), bad gameplay (which cannot be fixed up), and okay story
If the rumors I hear about the story are true, this would be a prime small scale remake material, if the industry had the mentality of remaking games with good ideas and bad implementations

Je sais pas pourquoi dans mon thread sur les #bigbox je vous ai raconté l'histoire de #Redguard plutôt que celle de ma bigbox de Redguard. De mémoire, je l'ai achetée 100 francs (donc sans doute un peu tardivement) à la FNAC à Nantes, et euh, voilà. Que vous dire de plus ? Pour l'anecdote ça a été le premier Elder Scrolls localisé en français, voilà, j'espère que vous trouvez ce fun fact hilarant.
Fin des années 90, #Bethesda est à un tournant : continuer à faire des jeux comme #Arena et #Daggerfall ou tenter une nouvelle formule ? Deux projets sont lancés, le classique #Battlespire par Julian LeFay, lead sur TES 1&2, et le jeu d'action/aventure #Redguard par un jeune Todd Howard, qui refonde en passant le lore de la série. Ce dernier convainc : LeFay quitte Bethesda tandis qu'Howard se voit confier le dev de #Morrowind, qui devra au moins autant à Redguard qu'aux premiers #ElderScrolls.
