I'm shortly going to hit the Level 70 cap in #FFXIV for free accounts. I've already maxed out Miner and Botanist, but I'm now at Level 68 in #Samurai, #Ninja, and #RedMage. I've pretty much abandoned Dragoon at Level 57, for lack of interest in the class mechanics.

Assuming I start paying and continue playing this game, I know I should probably drop Samurai, and just focus on Ninja and Red Mage, because those are the two I like best, but Samurai just looks so cool with that katana. #Stormblood

I've decided that playing #RedMage in #FFXIV is miserable for single combat, since you immediately get rushed by enemies, and the casting times are painfully long, but RDM is really great for playing multiplayer, since you can stand at a distance and wallop the foes, then once your gauges are charged, leap in, beat them up, and leap back out again. Very fun!

Don't ask me to heal you, though. It's hard enough switching targets to heal myself, then switching targets back to an enemy to DPS.

Sometimes when it comes to mixing resin, the result colour is not quite what you started with. This is one of those. The goal was something that lean toward magenta, but it ended up as more vermilion. Which is to say, why are all RedMage motifs so... vermagenta?
