Call the Mayor's Budget Committee Now: Fund Communities Not a New Jail
SF has turned a temporary facility into a new, permanent jail, while the city slashes funding for public services. Support the People's Budget Coalition by telling the Budget Committee to reject the massive increase in the Sheriff’s Department budget to make County Jail 3 Annex permanent.

Here’s the “refuge permit” designed as window dressing to make liberals feel ok about this. Notice to get one, you have to “agree to accept offer of… interim… housing,” ie agree to be displaced a little later anyway. 💩
