付完NetCup钱包还剩下总共50多美元，就直接全部转入Bank，由USDC换成USD付款，但是当我去 https://accounts.hetzner.com/invoice 付款，填完信息，发现付款失败提升：“该交易被信用卡提供商拒绝。更多信息仅由发行银行知晓。”
说吗“Fiat24 SafePal Debit”被Hetzner拉黑了啊，然后我就想去找Fiat24 SafePal 客服看看能不能解决，填到一半不想填了，就去试试Paypal（之前弄过好几次，链接Fiat24 SafePal Debit被拒绝了），但是这次随便一试就成功了，大概率是IP和浏览器的环境问题吧。
于是赶忙去Hetzner付款，有惊无险，付款成功。
而且Paypal还识别成功了这张mastercard，还还原了卡面。

还有就是如果我下次还有128GB内存的需求，我再去Hetzner买拍卖服务器，否则坚决不买（）

还有就是SafePal的新年卡面，这里把aff剪掉了。

支付NetCup账单
用的是safepal & fiat24
从OKX C2C买了USDC，然后通过Arbitrum One转到Safepal的钱包
再从Bank的充值，将USDC转化为EUR
一开始NetCup显示你的银行卡余额不足，但是明明已经超过需要支付的账单了
将USD也转化为EUR，余额超过了账单15EUR，仍然显示余额不足
考虑了风控，但是之前WebHosting和域名购买都是支持的
然后才发现是SafePal需要——Bank-账户-限额-货币消费余额-修改为非0
