1) Unliebsame Instanzen blockiert. Als Vorlage haben wir die Liste von Chaos genommen: meta.chaos.social/federation

2) Um Speicherplatz zu sparen wird unser Cache der älter als 7 Tage ist, einmal am Tag gelöscht.
