It sounds like the Nextcloud Notes app repackaged.

So...who uses what for the notes storage? I've used #SimpleNotes for a very long time, but few years ago I've switched to #Joplin, while it has all the features I need, its performance, look and flow is not what I expect. I'd like to use #Obsidian, but the licensing is a complete mess. Since the acquisition, #StandardNotes still not available for Proton users, so no go for now (or ever?)
I'm on the eternal/impossible quest to find the perfect #notetaking app. I've tried them all and always end up disappointed. #SimpleNotes, #StandardNotes, #AppleNotes, #Notesnook, #Obsidian, #Anytype, etc. I'm tired of compromising.
I need something where I can just shove all my markdown or plaintext #notes (and corresponding images) into one folder and have an #opensource cross-platform (including #Docker) editing interface that can sync via #Nextcloud or #WebDAV or whatever. Where is this app??! Does it even exist?
The closest solution was Notational Velocity over a decade ago, but even that wasn't cross-platform.
