Yesterday I stopped at #DollarTree and bought a roll of Mega Smarties candies. They're like Smarties (the U.S. kind) but significantly bigger.

I ate them all yesterday as I sat at my computer.

I've been craving them today. I feel like I may go to Dollar Tree again soon.

It's February now so it's safe to say any New Year's resolutions about eating healthier and getting more exercise can be forgotten. Especially when you find a limited edition Smarties Ritter Sport chocolate bar combo in the back of your cupboard!

But at least I'm sticking to one resolution : To finish another draft of my supernatural detective novella.

#TIL that the #Avec pastille sweets by #Fazer (also known as French pastilles in #Finland, or #ranskanpastillit) predate #Smarties and #MandMs by several years. I personally think they are also superior to both (though I grew up on Smarties)!

FWIW Smarties predate M&Ms.
