- Les Feature Flags sont très utile dans l'adoption du trunk based development
- On peut faire du trunk based sans flags - chercher a livrer un incrément de valeur en 1 a 2 jours
- Il existe des systèmes complets pour fix la date de début (et de fin) de validité d'un flag
- Attention a la dette technique - fixer une règle pour retirer les flags. Un participant a partagé l'experience d'un sprint entier dédié au retrait des vieux flags.
- Attention aux dérives et a l'utilisation des feature flags pour gérer la configuration normale des comptes client. Ce n'est pas parce qu'on est capable d'ajouter une customisation pour quelques utilisateurs qu'on doit le faire.
