@w7voa This stuff has been ubiquitous on social media for days. People in the affected areas are hurt, confused, and discouraged by it.
Accounts that are promoting misinformation often sound very sincere and concerned. It has the hallmarks of a targeted campaign by foreign actors to create chaos in the aftermath of a natural disaster.
