It just hit me that my studio monitors (if you can call them that. first gen M-Audio BX8) have been with me for 20 years now. They don't sound amazing, but they're fun, loud as hell and have held up spectacularly well. Used pretty much every single day as they are my only speakers.

Availability is timed (usually a few months), but if you grab the key in the time window it's yours forever.

I've been using a pair of Tannoy Gold 7 monitors for a couple of years now and I really like the dual concentric driver arrangement. They have flat frequency response with a very detailed sound for the price point.

Monitors are a very personal thing. These suit my ear - I don't have to make many adjustments when comparing mixes, which is great. I'd say dual concentric designs are well worth a listen. There are a few out there.
