This act also represents kindness and care, believed to bring happiness, prosperity, longevity, and joy.

For those who may have taken a brief pause from the water fights and talcum powder sprinkling on the second day, the third day offers a chance to rejoin the fun with those who never stopped.

From the afternoon through to the evening, venturing outdoors on wheels becomes almost impossible without being drenched in water and dusted with what remains of the talcum powder.
