Same with everything registered/hosted at #GoDaddy & #NameCheap: They just refuse to act upon #Spam-Reports at all!

Either way, I do tend to blocklist eMail Domains & phone numbers after vetting them and having actual evidence at hand to avoid "collataral damage" and overblocking...

Which is why I use multiple blocklists simultaneously to filter traffic.

Ob ich das als Downstram-InstanzbetreiberIn unterbinden müsste, würde sich sicher vor Gericht klären lassen. Und das würde vermutlich einige Privatpersonen ruinieren, egal wie es ausgeht.

Microsoft literally threatened me with perma-banning - after they unilaterally and with no communication beforehand decided to just block my domain - if I were to ever sent more than 100 (!!!) eMails per 24 hours to any (!!!) of their customers combined (!!!)...
In hindsight I regret not having escalated this to @BNetzA and make a precendence against #GAFAMs and #TooBigToBlock #eMail providers...
I feel like a major missing feature in the #fediverse is back-federation of posts from newly followed accounts. It significantly disadvantages smaller and/or newer instances compared to #TooBigToBlock instances like #MastodonSocial

Unfortunately #mastodonSocial is the public face of Mastodon. Their moderators are fine with mixing safe and unsafe content and the instance is #tooBigToBlock
I'm not to follow some of the more juicy accounts there from some other instances to escalate but it crossed my mind.
This will hurt people.
