I had a REALLY interesting therapy session, in which we talked about the apparent overlap between NLP and toxicity, about NLP and trance work/hypnosis, and about EMDR (which I'm going to be undertaking after my UK trip to see if it'll help with childhood trauma around neglect and food insecurity and my current relationship with food and worthiness).

We also got sidetracked into discussions about AI, therapy, and AI induced psychosis... which again, SUPER interesting!
