Ok, I am now 100% positive that there is a bug in #tusky

It's hard to replicate, but here are the conditions;
1) Fairly lengthy post
2) Happens at or around the time you are using #hashtag and the pulling of auto complete hashtags happens
3) This one, may or may not be a factor, inattentive touching on the screen very close or at the time the auto complete happens.

Effect:
The entire screen slides to the right and the post is gone. Very annoying as it happens only on longer posts.

DAMMIT I just had a nearly completed post get eaten by #tuskyapp, has this happened to anyone else? It's mother first time. It doesn't save as a draft like apps for other things do when there's a glitch. So frustrating. Can anyone tell me if they have better experiences along these lines with other #mastodon Android apps? I love #Tusky but this does suck a bit 🙁

I can't add accounts to my lists unless I follow them?

OK so I'm ignorant - is this a restriction at the client (Tusky), instance (.social), network (Mastodon), protocol (ActivityPub), or other -level?

In unrelated news, about a hundred accounts I thought I'd curated in lists... I didn't.

Is anyone else having problems with Tusky app not loading threads?
If I patiently wait for it to say it's failed to load and then hit 'retry' it then immediately does load!?

🇬🇧 I wish @Tusky had a way to mark post languages as favourites, or order the language list by most recent usage.

I operate a bilingual account. English is always on top of the list, but marking a post as German always requires scrolling to 'G'.

Is anyone else having trouble with the Tusky app? It's not refreshing and not letting me post. I thought logging out and back in might solve the problem but now it won't authenticate my instance to log back in. I tried mastodon.social too but also get an error. Edit: I restarted my phone and now it's working. So weird. #Tusky #TuskyApp

I've just had #tusky delete a longish post I was composing - it happened just after I entered a hashtag.
I thought recent updates had dealt with this.

In de Mastodon Android #TuskyApp versie 28 is nu een keuze zichtbaar bij een boost. Ik heb voor de duidelijkheid even opgezocht in de changelog wat dit betekent. Het lijkt mij een fijne 'feature' erbij en een aanmoediging hier goed gebruik van te maken.

I wish @Tusky had a "mentions" feed similar to Fedilab.

I.e., a screen (in the app) that only shows posts that "mention" me.

I get so many other non-mention notifications that I can (and at times often do) miss posts that mention me.

@Kalle27 I use #TuskyApp and it shows me a language code below toots I read and gives me a language code I can select when I write toots.

The #MastodonAndroid app I find in f-droid (2.9.4) doesn't seem to do that, but I see someone reported a bug in that functionality so maybe a newer version does ? https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon-android/issues/947

Ce que j'aime bien chez #Tusky :
-la sobriété, les raccourcis # et @,
- l'historique des modifications sur les publications (facile à consulter).

Ce que j'aime bien chez #MoshidonApp :
- la traduction avec #LibreTranslate,
- l'ergonomie + switch avec Accueil-Local-Fédéré,
- les suggestions dans "Search".

Mais crash lors de l'écriture.

Kann die #tuskyapp eigentlich mal nicht rumspacken? Langsam nervt es ~

I often get 'TOO MANY REQUESTS' messages when trying to reply or boost something with #moshidonapp but #tuskyapp seems pretty reliable. A bit of a pain when it happens, and I have to switch apps to perform actions.

@Tusky Is there a way when clicking "load more" in #tusky to load the posts above the current post, so that I don't have to remember where the last read post is and have to scroll?
