UberOne just means you don't give UberEats another delivery fee on top for doing absolutely nothing.

i got an email from uber about payment on an account. i didnt make the payment and havent opened my uber account in ages (didn't have the app anymore). i changed the password and updated recovery info for the email, but i can't access the Uber account related to the email. i don't know the current password, and Uber only offers phone (the number is not mine), WhatsApp (i dont have it) or the credit card as methods to verify and change the password. Even though the account is attached to my email, the email isn't a recovery option.
How do i contact Uber customer service (which only seems available through the app, once you have logged in) when i am locked out of the account and the recovery info doesn't include the email that is used to log in, only other recovery info that has been changed or added?
idk what to do, any advice or boosting appreciated
