Today, in my continued quest to prove that the nav app Waze goes rogue & overrides user selected destinations in favor of paid advertisers, I managed to contrive a route where (after ignoring repeated prompts to divert to said advertiser) I was being prompted to leave my destination, make a 9.4 mile loop to visit the advertiser and return to the same destination. #DarkPatterns #UserManipulation
